Utah!!

Ok so I decided to quit being a punk and put up some pics from my awesomely wonderful trip to Utah. But I still haven't gotten my pictures developed. I left the charger for my digital camera here so my camera was dead by the time Eric got it to me. First I left my digital camera in Miranda's car so I had to wait for Eric to bring it to me. It was just one of those trips. What can ya do? Anyway so I decided to do the next best thing. Jack some pics from Julia's webpage from the day that I went to Temple Square with her and her incredible family. They are so wonderful and I'm so grateful that they decided to include me in their plans. Up up and away we go...

This is Julia and I with Moroni. It's a true size replica of the statue that is on the temples. This was taken at the church history museum near temple square. That museum rocked. It was so incredible to learn what the early saints went throguh. Julia and I decided that there's a reason we were born at this time in history, because there is no way we would have been able to handle all that those incredible people went through. I could have stayed there all day.

This was us in front of the Salt Lake Temple. Don't we look so cute. There were several weddings going on that day. Including one that held our attention the rest of the day. We saw a bride but no groom. It was a mystery!! Soon we figured out that the bride was probably taking her wedding pictures. Duh!! Being there amidst all that white made me want to get married... Just kidding I haven't completely blown my top. Besides I'm going on a mission.

This is probably my favorite picture tha Julia took. She took it from the top of the Joseph Smith Building (where I had sacrament with the Prophet!!). The temple is just so incredible. It's breathtakingly beautiful. I couldn't believe I actually got to touch it and walk those grounds. Being there, it's an indescribable feeling. How can anyone deny that the Lord loves us. Look at what he allows us to create. It took 40 years to get this temple completed. I can't wait until I get the chance to go inside.

This is me with Julia and her brother, John. It was such an awesome day. Definitely one of the best I had while I was there. Julia's family rocks. Later on, I got to talk to one of the sister's at the Conference Center about my mission. It just made me so excited. Even more than I was already. There's something about that place, Temple Square, that's just incredible.

I will add more pictures as soon as I get them developed. Anyway hope you like these in the meantime.

This is a picture that was on my phone. It's a mountain near BYU I think you can kind of see the Y behind the trees. I walked up toward this mountain almost everyday I was there. It's so beautiful, no wonder I fell in love with it.
